By submitting this form, you agree to receive communications related to appointments, your project(s), general communication, as well as marketing materials from Upward Media Group.

You may receive up to five texts leading up to any appointments and may receive multiple emails a day from Upward Media Group. No more than three emails a week will be marketing related communications outside of weeks leading up to nationally recognized holidays for which we may run promotional campaigns involving mass communication through email.

Limitation of Liability

Upward Media Group, LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your agreement to these communications.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
